Her interests include back and neck chronic pain, lower limb conditions including hip and knee injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and promoting functional independence. She is passionate about patient-centred care, supporting individuals to achieve meaningful goals, improve quality of life, and build confidence in their movement while encouraging long-term self-management.

After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
