Jeanfrancess is experienced in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. She has travelled with various teams for competitions internationally, and has been the physiotherapist for teams including football, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and hockey. With this experience, she is confident and dedicated to helping athletes and patients return safely to their sports or daily activities through evidence-based injury management and structured return-to-play programs. She also has a growing interest in pediatrics and women’s health rehabilitation.

She also enjoys reading, watching movies, exploring new cultures, and spending quiet time journaling and developing new ideas.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
