Katleho focuses on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of conditions and this includes sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, age-related conditions and occupational health physio. Katleho is very committed to providing evidence based care to ensure effectiveness of treatment techniques he uses. Katleho’s special interests within the physio field includes management of musculoskeletal conditions (e.g, knee pain, back pain, muscle strains, arthritis, etc), neurological conditions and sports related injuries.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.

Yes. All our therapists are AHPRA registered and invest their time to complete post-graduate education yearly to further strengthen their education and knowledge.
