Kopano has special interests in neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation and orthopaedic manual therapy (OMT), neurological rehabilitation, and sports rehabilitation. She has many years of experience treating chronic low back, neck, and shoulder pain, sports injuries, TMJ conditions, and geriatric patients. Kopano is passionate about helping people move better, recover confidently, and return to the activities they enjoy.

In her spare time, Kopano enjoys running and is currently training for her first 15 km event. She also enjoys reading the latest physiotherapy research, exploring new cafés, and discovering new experiences.

After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
