Lindi has 11 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and has worked extensively with sports injuries, lower back pain, neck pain and headache patients. She has a special interest in manual therapy and rehabilitation of these conditions.
Education and experience
Lindi has a BPhysT and Bsc Human physiology degree, at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. In 2014 she completed her orthopedic manipulative therapy special interest field.
Hobbies
Lindi enjoys spending quality time with the family, walks on the beach, and hiking trails in the mountains. She also loves a quiet, morning coffee, as well as playing with her dogs.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
