Mahnoor’s professional experience spans musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric, geriatric, and post-operative rehabilitation across hospitals in Pakistan and the UAE. She has a strong focus on evidence-based treatment, functional recovery, and improving patients’ quality of life. Her special interests include musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation—such as neck pain, back pain, postural correction, and joint injuries—post-surgical rehabilitation (including TKR, THR, ACL, trauma, and acute care recovery), and paediatric physiotherapy, particularly in managing developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and improving functional mobility.
