Moerieda is an Occupational Therapist with community health experience from South Africa. She has a special interest in stroke rehabilitation, supporting clients to regain independence and confidence in daily life. She is also passionate about mental health, particularly with young people, and enjoys paediatric therapy to help children with developmental delays and learning challenges thrive. With a warm and client-centred approach, Moerieda focuses on practical strategies that makeeveryday activities more achievable and meaningful.

Outside of work, Moerieda enjoys staying active, discovering new adventures like bungee jumping and crocodile cage diving, and unwinding with a good book or series. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
