Roleen is a highly experienced physiotherapist who has worked across both South Africa and Australia, bringing a well-rounded and adaptable approach to patient care. She has a strong focus on musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about helping her patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy. Known for her empathetic and patient-centred approach, Roleen takes the time to understand each individual’s goals and tailors treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes. Her additional training in Pilates further enhances her ability to support rehabilitation, strength, and long-term injury prevention.
Roleen completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPhysT) at University of Pretoria. She has gained valuable clinical experience working in both South Africa and Australia across a variety of musculoskeletal presentations.
Roleen enjoys golf, hiking, exercising, and spending quality time with family and friends.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
