
Saheera is an experienced physiotherapist, and she has a special interest in treating chronic low back and neck pain, post-surgical patients, shoulders, and lower limbs. She is also interested in women's health/ pelvic floor therapy. Saheera ensures her clients are treated holistically, not only resolving the injury itself but also enabling her clients to get back to the sports or tasks they love pain free as quickly as possible.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
