Sine enjoys working with Neuromusculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions with a special interest in pain neuroscience education to help empower patients and encouraging patient involvement in treatment planning. Sine has a strong focus on the rehabilitation and treatment of back pain, sport injuries, and neuropathic pain.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, University of KwaZulu-Natal.
Hobbies
In her leisure hours, Sine finds joy in the art of baking, experimenting with new recipes and flavors, finding solace in the rhythmic movements of yoga poses, and creatively expressing herself through the medium of vlogging, sharing her experiences and insights with a wider audience.
