Trudie has several years of experience working as a physiotherapist in South Africa, UK, New Zealand and Australia. She has a special interest in pelvic health (women’s and men’s), sport injury management, concussion injuries and pain management. With her experience working in hospitals, private physiotherapy clinics, Rugby Union franchise (the Blue Bulls), HSBC 7s Rugby franchise, and high school regional sport teams, and involvement in osteoarthritis treatment and education classes—her attention to detail, holistic treatment and individualised rehabilitation programmes—has supported her clients to living the best quality of life and return to doing activities/sport that shape who they are as people.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
