She completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage at Q Academy Cairns and is passionate and client-focused, delivering tailored treatments across remedial, sports, relaxation, deep tissue, rehabilitation, and ongoing wellness care. Her special interests include remedial, sports, and rehabilitation massage, where she particularly enjoys helping clients recover, move better, and feel their best.

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you. After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.
Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.
