Dietitians are experts in food and nutrition and provide guidance to people who may be affected by health conditions on how they can appropriately manage their diet and nutrition. A dietitian can help people maintain their health and reduce their risk of developing chronic diseases.

What to expect
As a telehealth practitioner, Steph works nationwide and conducts her consultations remotely. The consultations are sixty minutes for new patients and thirty minutes for subsequent appointments, this is to ensure sufficient time for diagnosis and the discussion of relevant health-related factors.
Steph is available via Telehealth with all appointments conducted over a video call. You will receive your unique video call meeting link once your appointment is booked.
