Our team of physiotherapy experts utilises the latest innovative techniques, ensuring each session is claimable through health insurance. What can I expect during my first appointment?

At your first appointment you can expect a thorough examination from our expert physio, they will ask you a number of questions regarding your condition as well as conduct a physical evaluation in order to determine the best course of treatment for you.  After this, the remainder of the session will be dedicated to providing the most appropriate treatment and therapy for your condition.

How many physiotherapy sessions will I require?

Upon evaluation, our physio will provide you with an in-depth treatment plan that details the exact steps necessary for your recovery and an approximate timeframe.

Is there parking available at the Albany Physio location?

Plentiful street parking is available at our Albany Physio clinic.

Are your physios trained and accredited?

Yes. All our therapists are AHPRA registered and invest their time to complete post-graduate education yearly to further strengthen their education and knowledge.

Am I able to claim my physio session through my private health insurance?

Yes, you can. All our clinics are equipped with on-the-spot Hicaps payment and claims processing.

Can I access physiotherapy through my NDIS plan?

All Health First Group physiotherapists are registered NDIS providers, meaning they are able to treat self-managed, agency (NDIA) managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Do I need a GP referral for physiotherapy?

No, a doctor’s referral is not necessary.
